There are three ways to connect a building
Which one fits depends on how long you can work without internet and on what already lies at the address. Often it is a combination: 5G on day one, fiber as the main line once it is built, and 5G staying on as the backup.

- A fiber that runs only to your building, with its own connection point. 100 Mbit/s to 5 Gbit/s, the same speed up and down, and a choice of service levels with a fixed repair time. Installed in 6 to 24 weeks. In the Netherlands this is called FTTO. More about dedicated fiber
- Shared business fiber, from €49 a month
- Fiber into the building that shares capacity with other connections nearby. Often enough for a small office. If the building already has a fiber connection, it usually works within a week.
- 5G, from €69 a month
- An outdoor antenna on the building, in place within a few working days. Use it until the fiber is ready, as a backup next to the fiber from €19 a month, or as the main line where no fiber comes.
What business internet costs in the Netherlands
All prices are per month and exclude VAT. Dedicated fiber prices apply to a 36-month contract on business parks and other addresses close to the network. Elsewhere €50 a month is added, and a little more far from the exchange. A 12-month contract is always possible, at a higher monthly price.
Installation of a dedicated line is usually free when the fiber is already in the building or the street. If the network has to dig further, you get a fixed price before you sign anything.

Five things that work differently in the Netherlands
- The network and the provider are different companies
- KPN, Eurofiber, Odido, Ziggo, Fore Fiber, Delta Fiber and Glaspoort own the fiber. Dozens of providers sell lines over that same fiber. Two quotes can be for the same line with a different price, so always ask which network a quote is for. We are not tied to one network and request the line from the one that suits your address.
- A new line takes weeks
- A dedicated line takes 6 to 13 weeks when the fiber is already in the building, 14 to 18 weeks when it is in the street and 16 to 24 weeks when the network has to dig further. When KPN has a spare fiber available, it can be done in about 4 weeks. Start when you sign the lease, not when you move in.
- Many buildings already have fiber
- Business parks are often connected already, sometimes by several networks. A previous tenant may have left a connection behind. Then shared fiber works within days, and a dedicated line is quicker and usually free to install.
- Contracts run for 12 or 36 months
- A 36-month contract has a lower monthly price; a 12-month contract is always available. After the first term the contract continues per month and you can cancel with a month's notice. If you end it earlier, the remaining months are charged.
- Prices exclude VAT
- Business prices in the Netherlands are quoted without VAT. Dutch VAT is 21%. A dedicated fiber line comes with a fixed IPv4 address as standard; a larger block is possible.
You have one contact from request to delivery
You send us the address and the date you need internet. We query KPN, Eurofiber, Odido, Ziggo and Fore Fiber for that building and come back with the options, the installation cost and the expected lead time. The quote is a fixed price.
After you sign, we order the line, follow the planning with the network and call you when something is needed from you, such as access to the building. On delivery we set up the router and test the connection. For a fault you call us, and we deal with the network.

Questions we often get
Can we do everything in English?
Yes. The questions about your building, the quote, the planning and support after delivery can all be in English. Our general terms and conditions are in Dutch; we explain anything in them in English.
What do you need from us to give a price?
The address of the building, the date you need internet, roughly how many people work there and whether you need more than one line. With that we query the networks and send you the options with a fixed price.
Our company is not registered in the Netherlands yet. Can we still order?
Tell us how your company is registered. A Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration makes it simplest. If the contracting entity is registered elsewhere, we check with the network what it needs before you sign.
We move in sooner than the fiber can be installed. What then?
We put 5G in place first. An outdoor antenna is installed within a few working days, from €69 a month. Once the fiber is delivered it becomes the main line, and the 5G can stay as the backup.
Do we get a fixed IP address?
A dedicated fiber line comes with a fixed IPv4 address as standard, and a larger block is possible. On 5G only the Premium outdoor antenna and the outdoor antenna used as a backup have a fixed IP address.
Do you also sell mobile phone plans or telephony?
No. We arrange internet connections, backup lines, data SIMs for devices and network security. Mobile phone plans and telephony you arrange elsewhere.
