For IT teams outside the Netherlands
Your local ISP for the Dutch site
Your IT is run from abroad and the office or warehouse in the Netherlands needs a reliable line. We find out which networks reach the building, order the circuit, coordinate the installation with your people on site and connect it to your own firewall or SD-WAN. One contact, in English, anywhere in the Netherlands.
We handle the local part and your team keeps control
A Dutch site is usually a small part of a larger network. Your team decides on the design, the equipment and the security. We take care of what is hard to do from abroad: the Dutch networks, the ordering, the installation and the follow-up with the network.
- One quote, five networks compared
- We query KPN, Eurofiber, Odido, Ziggo and Fore Fiber for the site address and come back with the options, the installation cost and the lead time. The quote is a fixed price.
- No travel for your team
- The network surveys the building and installs the fiber. We plan the visits with your contact on site and tell them what is needed, such as access and a spot for the cabinet with power.
- Your own firewall or SD-WAN edge
- Your equipment connects to the network's connection point in the building. Before ordering we agree the handover with your team, and on delivery you get the details needed to configure it, such as the fixed IP addresses. If you prefer, we supply and manage the firewall, including a FortiGate on site with SD-WAN over fiber and 5G.
- Faults go through us
- You report a fault to us and we deal with the network. Our desk is open on working days from 8:30 to 17:30 Dutch time. With the top service level, the network responds within 2 hours and repairs day and night.
These building blocks fit into a corporate network
Most sites start with a dedicated fiber line and a 5G line as the second path. The other parts are there when your design needs them. Prices are per month and exclude VAT. Dedicated fiber prices apply to a 36-month contract on business parks and other addresses close to the network; a 12-month contract is always possible at a higher monthly price, and elsewhere €50 a month is added.
| Building block | What it is for | Per month from |
|---|---|---|
| Dedicated fiber | The main underlay, 100 Mbit/s to 5 Gbit/s, symmetrical, with a fixed IPv4 address | €279 |
| 5G with a fixed IP address | A second underlay on a different medium, via an outdoor antenna, next to our fiber | €42 |
| Your own IP space with BGP | Your addresses stay the same over both lines | €99 |
| Private network | Dutch sites on one network that runs separately from the internet | €39 |
| Firewall in our network | Runs on two machines, with VPN tunnels to your sites abroad | €149 |
| Private link to Microsoft Azure | ExpressRoute from the Dutch site, without the public internet | On request |
| Data SIM with a fixed IP | Devices such as payment terminals, cameras or machines that you reach from outside | €25 |
An order runs in four steps
1. You send the site details. The address, the date you need the line, the bandwidth and whether you bring your own equipment.
2. We send a fixed-price quote. It shows the monthly price at 12 and at 36 months, the installation cost, the service level with its repair time, the fixed IPv4 address and the expected lead time. In the standard version the bandwidth is not guaranteed; if you need that, we add the Premium version next to it.
3. The network builds the line. A technician surveys the building with your site contact, then lays the fiber and installs the connection point. We follow the planning and keep you informed.
4. The line goes live. We test the line, connect your equipment or ours and come on site where that is needed. If the site opens before the fiber is ready, a 5G line bridges the gap.
- Fiber in the building
- 6 to 13 weeks
- Fiber in the street
- 14 to 18 weeks
- Network digs further
- 16 to 24 weeks
- 5G as a bridge
- A few working days
Questions we often get
Can we use our own firewall or SD-WAN appliance?
Yes. It connects to the network's connection point in the building. Before ordering we agree the handover with your team, including the interface, so the equipment you ship works on day one.
Which entity signs the contract and receives the invoices?
Tell us which company you want to contract. A Dutch entity with a Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration is the simplest. If the parent company abroad is to sign, we check with the network what it needs before you sign anything. Prices exclude VAT.
What are your support hours?
Our desk is open on working days from 8:30 to 17:30 Dutch time (CET/CEST). The network's repair hours depend on the service level you choose. At the top level the network responds within 2 hours and repairs day and night, also at weekends.
Can we keep our own IP addresses?
A dedicated fiber line comes with a fixed IPv4 address, and a larger block is possible. If you have your own IP space, we can announce it with BGP over both lines, so your addresses stay the same when one line fails.
How does the Dutch site connect to our network abroad?
With your own firewall or SD-WAN over the internet, or with the firewall in our network, which sets up VPN tunnels to your other sites. Dutch sites can also share a private network, and a private link to Microsoft Azure is possible.
Who manages the firewall or SD-WAN?
You choose. We set it up and manage it for you, we set it up and hand over access to your IT team, or we configure it together with your team. In every case faults on the lines go through us.
Is the bandwidth guaranteed?
Not in the standard version: the fiber and the connection point are yours alone, but the network does not give your traffic priority. With the Premium version the bandwidth is guaranteed, at extra cost. We price both so you can compare.
Where in the Netherlands do you deliver?
Everywhere. The networks we work with cover the whole country, and we arrange the line wherever your site is.
